• You can build your checklists from our templates and customize them to your operation.  
• The person responsible will log the completed task, any exceptions and corrective action taken.  You will have a complete record that you can monitor and show to regulators such as local health departments, USDA, Joint Commission , and CMS State Nursing Home Surveyors. 
• The person monitoring will sign that the task(s) are completed on their cell phone for accountability.
• You will be able to build your temperature logs for your cycle menus, steamtable, cold food locations.  
• You will be able to log temperatures as within acceptable range and corrective actions when not in range.  
• Logs will logged on the users cell phone app. The user will sign for verification and the log(s) will be easily retrieved by a manager.
