 HACCP Plans & Required Monitoring Using a Cell Phone  Application

HACCP and Preventative Control Plans for Sous Vede, Cook Chill, Reduced Oxygen Packaging, and any form of Vacuum Packaging.  HACCP plans are required for these processes by the 2017 FDA Food Code 

  • I will build your HACCP plan to meet the regulatory requirements or build your own with our partnership with Food Ready. You will be able to log your ingredients, suppliers, Critical Control Point compliance and other steps in your process. Contact Jim Behnke 770-855-5840
  •  the steps are monitored on the Mobile App on your Cell phone and retrieved in a report.
  • You will be able to complete a Food Safety Audit of your operation and record corrective actions.  You will have complete control of your HACCP plan implemtation. 
  • If necessary, all data will be readily available to manage a Recall.
  • I will help you with the steps to become USDA certified as an hourly consultant.
